I do not think that values and ethics should be taught in school. I feel that people should already be taught ethics and values by their parents. It should not be the duty of the school to teach values and ethics. I feel that if they were taught in schools, then everyone would all be the same and that would just be boring. I mean who wants to be the same as everyone else? Certainly not me. Parents should teach their kids values and ethics, and then the child should grow up and learn their own values and ethics and what they feel is important in life. I feel that everyone's ethics and values will not nor will they ever be, the same. Just like no two thumbrints are alike, values and ethics should not be alike. At least, everyone should know to be polite and treat people how you want to be treated.
